How do I return something I have ordered?

Please email us at orders@premierinkandtoner.com with your order number, and our team will promptly begin processing your request.

To ensure product quality and proper resolution, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost once the original ink or toner has been returned to our warehouse and inspected by our Quality Assurance team.

Following the inspection, a member of our sales team will reach out to you with the results and next steps.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates
Premier Inkand Toner Store offers free USPS and UPS ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. on orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping fee of $21.95. Orders shipping to HI, AK, PR, APO, AE and other non-contiguous U.S. regions will ship via USPS priority mail.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2PM EST usually ship the same business day, if local delivery we will have our local delivery driver will be dispatch to ensure timely response before end of day cutoff.

How long can I receive my order?

Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped from our retail location, and we also utilize multiple warehouse partners across the East and West Coast to ensure the fastest delivery based on your shipping address.

Once your order and payment have been confirmed, a tracking number will typically be provided within a few hours.

For next-day delivery, orders must be placed no later than 4:00 PM. Expedited shipments are sent via FedEx Express and may incur additional charges. A member of our sales team will contact you to confirm any expedited shipping fees prior to dispatch.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Please call 919-741-5771 to speak with a customer service specialist for assistance with modifying or canceling your order.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the following business day. For online orders, any applicable credits will be issued toward a future purchase. Orders placed at our physical location will be credited directly to your customer account.

Payments

Once payment is confirmed through our secure, encrypted online platform, your order will be processed and our sales team will be notified promptly.  All accounts that has established credit accounts or house accounts with us prior especially with bulk ordering for multiple locations will be verified by our sales team for final approval.

Do I pay sales tax?
In accordance with state laws, applicable sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to addresses within states where tax is required. Sales tax may be waived only if a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate is provided and approved on file with us prior to the transaction.

How do Schools and Government send a purchase order?
We accept schools and government orders. Please include contact person’s name, address, phone number, items needed, quantity and email orders to sales@premierinkandtoner.com. Please call 919-741-5771 for details.

How do I use a coupon?
Simply enter the coupon code at the checkout page and receive the discount.  Coupon is valid within one rolling calendar year.

Rewards program
Reward points can be redeemed for your next purchase. You can receive reward points by signing up an account and writing reviews for your products. At any given time management can change and revise any rewards program at any time, any issues of previous rewards points will be verified by our sales team for accuracy.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return something I have ordered?

Defective product returns
Premier Ink and Toner offers 90 day money back guarantee on your purchase for OEM purchases and any Reman products are 60 day. If you need to return a product, call our customer service line at 919 741-5771 to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a prepaid return shipping label. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable and the returned products need to be at least 85% full. Refund usually will be processed and refund data will be submitted within 7 business days, but please note that it may take up to 30 days for your bank to apply the credit. 

Non-defective product returns
Non-defective products are refundable as long as they are not opened and in good condition. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. We can provide a return label for non defective returns. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on non defective returns. 

Wrong products shipped
In case that wrong products are shipped, we will send out the right products and a return shipping label to get the wrong products back.

Premier Ink and Toner uses the information customers provide to process orders and billing, respond to requests and customize future shopping. We do not share, sell, trade or rent customer information. However, we reserve the right to disclose the information required by law or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.
